I'm in a Funk, and I've Been Eating a Lot.

When i feel low vibration or low energy, i aske myself three questions. Have i been eating hitting my optum pproaching targets? And then the last thing is, io have i worked out in the last three days? When i feel like i'm in a funk a, and i'nusually a coqet, one of those things is off. So interesting that you, you obviously, you pulled the whites out for those three weeks. That made a really big difference. Even thouh you're walking a lot, you know that still i walking. It's gorgeous in colorado. A'm listening to podcast, like all the things i love. Ind points hurt
