Is Lighter Weights a Better Power Training Method?

If you're doing what's called a 3RM, the maximum amount of weight you can lift three times, even on my first rep, if I try to move it fast, I'm not gonna be able to. So again, light exists on a spectrum. Eight is lighter than three, three reps is heavier than eight reps,. 8 reps would be heavier than 15 reps, 15 reps, so what point is that? You know, that optimal effect, there's no research that indicates that at this point where you're but you're not gonna be unable to use heavy or anything like that.
