Running Endurance Running Is Not Your Sport

If you really care about what your body composition is going to look like, running endurance running is not your sport. You don't know that you can run a marathon on the very first eagle for a run, but you have to trust, as part of that training process, that when the day rolls around, you'll be able to do it. Running forty, 50, 60, 70 miles per week is not going to get you the body that you are probably looking for. Nond not for a lot of people. It's always going to be very individual specific.
