The Power of Specificity

There's so much power in the particularity of, of what I'm sharing. It's one thing to talk about a vague, unwanted sexual behavior or porn in general but when we get it particular, that's where the power is. And then I just love the way that you were able to navigate like what could be shared and what couldn't be because so much of this could be just private. So how do you have the client connect and express their appreciation, gratitude or validation and compassion?
