The Confidence of Stand Up Comedy

You seem to walk straight in without any hesitation. Do you think that confidence came from the day to day reiteration of trying to be confidently trustworthy? Or was it something that you've always just had? I thought about this. It came from two things. So first of all, it came from the confidence I got. But the other thing was that part of me didn't care if I failed because when I went to go do silent comedy, there was almost like a slightly ridiculous thing to do.
