What Advice Would You Give Lewis to Someone Who's Stuck in That Area of Fitness?

Lewis had a great pattern of going to the gym recently and then for a few days it's gone to pop because of work commitments. If you don't have somebody to question or review or help in that area of fitness then you're going to fall off the bandwagon at some some point, he says. Lewis: accountability is the fundamental thing to um especially in fitness to get to where you want to be. You need to know do you know a goal where youwant to be what it could be how many days you want to exercise and when you look in the mirror things like that people have an example of what they want so visualise it yeah.
