There are some vegan protein powders blends in particular that provide sufficient losing and to give you a hypertrophy response. I would usually recommend the way I salate and that's just because for digestibility some people may have trouble with the casein proteins or they're just the straight way which might cause some digestive distress so that's kind of where I start with. Three to four feedings a day on average whether or not you fit those into a particular time window that's fine.
