"I like to find a soft landing. I don't like to do cold calling and just reach out to someone out of the blue," he says. "If I can do a good enough job explaining why it could be interesting, usually the VCs or the PEs are more than happy to make that intro" After we have that initial conversation, if there's interest in continuing to have dialogue, they'll sign an NDA.
