Is There a Colonoscope?

Hospitalists always kind of have lurking in the back of their mind is like, how do they know if it's going to be just a colon or just an e g d? So i guess that's kind of whre i'd like to start. This patient certainly needs a colonoscope ams. I'd certainly go ahead and start, i'm talking to the patient about getting prept and starting to cleanse so that we could do a colonoscope within the next 24 hours.
