i want to touch on call centers, because one of my first jobs was at a call center for ski resort. I hope to never do that again. People can be incredibly mean on the phone. If you relate to em on a different level, and you'd hear them out, and you give them that minute to talk and shout and drop any bomb that they want,. then you tell em how you're going to solve their problem.
