If i had to pick, if i'd pick two times of day to eat, and you would prescribe the moment you choose the two times where you're most comfortable. For me, i tend to get hungry later in the evening. If i eat first thing in the morning, i might slip up later. So i like to eat later, but not necessarily right before bed. Any time up to, say, four to six hours before bed would be fine. And, you know, afternoon, but just, youknow, each day it's, you're gong to get better and better,. so go as long as you can.
