On days that you're not doing the class with your trainer on zoom, are you going on walks? Maybe you start going barefoot walks. I use this amazing guy. He was my trainer at Gotham gym in the West Village for years. And we just FaceTime now. So again, I'm not leaving and getting in my car and rushing to get anywhere. But that's really it. The biggest thing is being intentional, being intentional, what you eat, what content you consume, workouts you do.
