bet far was a big under dog in their competition with flutter. But the fight only lasted about 18 months. Afterwards, flutter had money in the bank, and bet fair was profitable. The combination made a very strong company. In fact, soft bank cashed out some of the founders and early investors. That deal valued the company at about a billion and a half pounds.
