In the waley study, uh, they used progressive range of motion training. Half of their training through a partial range of motion at short muscle lengths. That group experienced 14 and a half kilo increase in squat one rep max on average versus 11 kilos for the group only doing full range ofmotion training. In this study They looked at gains in vertical jump height, which were also nominally larger in the group who did progressive range ofMotion training.
