Gluten Free - I'm a Wheat Allergy, I've Been Doing Gluten Free for So Long
Zoe has been practising a gluten free diet for so long. But she does have a wheat alergy, which is one of your categories. A recent study found that fermented foods increased the diversity within their gut microbiom and there were reduced measures of inflammation. Zoe says people need to be open minded about what they are eating. She also believes we should not throw spears at each other from our entrenched positions.
