The Seventh Is When You Rest, Rest, Right?

Research supports the idea that shorter durations and higher frequency tends to be better than, like, the weak end, super long, high duration. When i was 19, i got all my qualities from snatching an clinon jerking, you know, for three hours, five days a week. Now, when i'm working with someone like myself, i would always do original strength or something in between sets. Some days i'll press and then do an original strength movement on the ground but that's because i'm trying to chase a bigger number of qualities.
