The power of habit by Charles Duhigg is excellent book, which I easily recommend. It talks about habits as being a stack of like the trigger, the action, the reward. And so making sure that those triggers are in place to prompt the kind of activity that you want from yourself is absolutely key. So if there are triggers around, what can you do to remove them from your, from your consciousness?
