i think one of the most simplest things is, like, look at what you are already doing. Your brain has already created habits for you that have been pre programmed. And so it's looking at it from the perspective of as humans, we are actually nometa dynamic super computers. The same way that we were programmed, we can actually re programm ourselves. You said it'. It's extremely difficult. But i'm optimistic. Men, i i'm so privileged to be alive and to have made these decisions in life. And it's possible that other people can make them too.
