Dosa's Are for Every Occasion

In South India, it's called Tiffin. It's like your breakfast food and you'd have a guy come on a cycle in the morning to make one for you. He would use a contraption of the back of his bike, which is a steamer. The best thing to do with leftovers is freeze them so they can be used later. You could go Italy batter to make a dose of but the reverse doesn't always work as well.
