The Relationship Between Proxy to Failure and Muscle Hypertrophy

There is a non linear relationship between proximity to failure and muscel hypertrophy. We have to meet a certain threshold point, but there may also be an upper limit. What i'm discussing right now hasn't been peer reviewed so you do have to interpret what i say with caution. If we're training for hyperdraphy, we should be pushing all our exercises close to failure. But accounting for the potential fatigue that we are going to experience over the course of the whole session. From what i am seeing in the research, the recovery period after a training session doesn't seem to be as long as we may think.
