I haven't had what I would call like a depressive downturn in a while. The last really bad one I had was a PTSD flashback Brought on by seeing an actor we grew up with who had the most abusive mother I have ever seen in public. It brought back every audition every day that I suffered and it was weeks of me spiraling and struggling But when that happens like You name it you know how to name it Yeah.
