Many brands feel they have to be making contacts with their so-called community, the other followers or their base on a frequent basis in order to maintain traction. Is part of that that we've gotten into this rhythm where we feel that if we don't do it, that we might be sort of pointed out? I think one of the mistakes that's happened for 10 years or more now is brands on social media have forgotten that social media and the clue is in the title is all about people. A lot of it is just we need to feel the nation's pain. We need to have a voice.
