Do You Know What Your Race Shoe Is?

I run in hockers and I definitely use so for track workouts always my my race shoes. For long rounds even if they have efforts in I'll always use kind of a bit more of a cushion shoe something like the BondiYeah just because I think you can still be dynamic in a slightly more cushion shoe  and it just kind of spreads out that impact Especially if you've got something like a hard bike session the next day I just find the legs are less kind of sore and then later on running again.
