Half-Marifon Training - Do You Need Equipment?
Running is one of the pillars that you train by. Some people get put off by the idea they need equipment to do it. But my advice is that, no, you don't necessarily need equipment. There's loads of exercises that you can just use your own body. So when we write out our running sessions for the week and our rest days, put in that 30 minutes of workt you going to do. That needs to be specific tot event your doing. We talk about being conditioned enough to be able to run for seventyn 80, ninet two hours.
