How Much Stress Do You Need to Be at Your Best?

The idea is measuring peak performance, meaning that to balance between the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system. The hormonal time clock that evolves in all of our bodies means I have to have some levels of stress in order to be at my best. And then we can measure this with science. In your particular case, it has to do with heart rate variability, which is a well known indicator of the stress hormones and the decline of stress hormones in the body.
