Only Burgers in the Building

In season one of only murders in the building, it was fun, fun, fun murder. And then in the second season, they're like, Oh, we should solve more murders like all over New York. Right. But it occurred to me that that is a great policy. It contains it to a specific location. When you make policies about the kinds of things that suit your lifestyle best, the easier it is to make choices. So what I used to do was rely on willpower for weight loss goals. Just trying to grit your teeth and not do something isn't enough.
