Is There a Strong Relationship Between Strength and Muscular Hypertrophy?
Do you think that there's a strong relationship between actual strength development and muscular hypertrophy? Is it possible for, like, of body, somebody whos super focused on hypertrophy to be like, do i have to push repmaxes in the gym or tat's just kind of a by product of training. Does strength causehypertrophy? I don't know if anyone has ever been able to answer that question with 100 per cent certainty. We'll see how things pan out as we get further into this interview.
