In customer email segments would be very likely matching your life cycle stages. These are like bullet proof segments at every sass need in marketing. I think of segments as groups that are defined by a set criteria. It could be how many people hav purchased from me over the course of my business, or it could be how Many people are currently getting my lead magnet sequence.
