How to Create a Conversation

Emotion a massive foundation of communication if you don't get somebody's emotion then your communication will be flawed that's what we do. What I encourage with an emotional label is how would they use that in their language so for a girl it would say you know I can see your sad or upset over that to a guy I might say you look troubled  it appears you got the weight of the world on your shoulders. It's tailoring at that to each person and thinking again from their perspective how they feel and how you know what would make them feel comfortable dignified and appreciated.
