There's No Middle

In Empire Strikes Back, Luke Skywalker finds out that his dad is not a great guy. And his dad chops his own hand off at the end of that movie. I was incredulous. My dad has done a lot of things, but he's never chopped my hand off. So many movies cover that hero's journey, whether it's Star Wars or Lord of the Rings or Dude, where is my car? They are on journeys, classic heroes journey, an end. When we think about getting to our goal weight as the end, we have bad news for you. There's nowhere to go and nothing to do.
