How to Visualise Races Without Knowing the Course
The aline method is a way of focusing your mind on what you're doing before an event. It can be very useful when it comes to visualising the course, even if you don't have access to training terrain that's similar. As a coach, i like to get to know the lift style and goals of my client in order to help them prepare for their events. The question to is usually order of operations: What comes first, or what would w e maybe eliminate from that list?
