The Hamstring Association, a Medial Versus a Latender Head
Ike: What i found really interesting was the hamstring association, a medial versee lateral head. The difference between the medial lateral head when it comes to this concept of nevalgus. And even if you train a squad like for a couple of weeks, you don't see any hypertrophy in the hamstrings. So the hamstrings only becomes important in the squad when your knee flexions is er, when you don't have a lot of neeflexion and you have a lots of hip flexion. Um like er, the hamstring compensations will pop up more ly during movements in which you use heur ham strings more than normal.
