So if you send the urein sodium and it's high, and that suggests that your kidneys have no interest in holding on to sodium, that should make you stop and say for a moment, the scenario no longer makes sense. I'm saying that the person is releasing 88 sod try to defend intra vascular volume, but they're not holding on to Sodium. That's not internally consistent. Or my theory has to be revised.
