I used to believe that there was something inherent in animal proteins other than the qua it was somewhat qualitative and I thought that even if you tried to get equal quality there was other benefits to animal proteins. But now that this study looked at a blend of proteins that was able to get an amino acid profile that matched so they did corn pea and wheat  there was no difference in muscle protein synthesis over the period measured. People need to reassess their priorities when they start sure sure as long as you're getting sufficient protein sometimes it's more challenging to do it but it can be done certainly not beyond the realm of possibility plant-based protein could achieve equal muscle growth with a plant-
