The Four by 48 Is a Great Lesson in Resilience

When I stopped focusing on the motor pattern, you are in this other realm. Once I stopped focusing, I could feel the tightness take over me. And then about four in the morning was when I really started to be hit with the self doubt because it was the longest I'd ever run at that point. It's a great lesson in resilience for people who aren't conditioned with alters in the first place. Because holding by the way, so it was just it was about four leases of water, electrolytes, carbs, food. A tub of pasta that actually froze overnight because it was so cold.
