Do I Like the Candidate or Do I Not Like Them?
We're using behavioral science to do some cool stuff around hiring. So if I was evaluating a new salesperson, I might put them through six to seven to eight scenarios in an interview that reflect different types of sales challenges. We know we're making much more predictive decisions because it's much more related to what am I expecting this person to do in the job rather than do I just get along with them. But at the same time, we're also giving every kind of making shot at demonstrating different types of skills in different areas as people are really different.
