Propophal Can Provide Good Intimating Conditions Even Without Paralysis

Propophal can also be used as an anti emetic. Advantages of propopal include that it does not prolong nero muscular blockade at all. It's even er in combination with opiates to provide good intibating conditions. Probophal is not a malignant hypothermia trigger, and so is safe to use in people with a suspected history of malignanthypothermia.
