If you miss one workout, for the most part, you can probably just keep making advancements. When you go further and further along, then you're going to want to actually regress back to a previous amount. So older trainies are going to detrain faster than younger ones. For example, a 20 year old male, specifically, you're not goingto have to take quite so much time off if you're alittle young.
