Is Fish a Good Brain Food?
Fish has all these essential fatty acids in it, and meagre threes which are really important for your brain health. The recommendations are that we should still be eating at least one serving of oily fish per week. And actually you can supplement with an algy base? D h a, so if you don't eat fish and sea food, that would be your second best bet. But i wouldn't say itis as good as eating er the whole food... Your nutrients work in cynage. So taking discreet, single individual supplements isn't really ever going to be as good aseating the whole food.
