I was very comfortable working in very big organizations where lots of fitting in happens if I had gone and worked in very small organic you know fail-fasty type organizations at the start of my career. The book that I have read is about what you can do to influence other people like lots of different techniques to try out and the book that Sarah has read is more about you as an individual on how you are influenced by bigger broader things than justWhat someone's saying to you in a meeting. If you're really curious just about what might influence me I think I've now got a better understanding of the social influences on me.
