How to Maximize Your Time to Sleep
If you're feeling sleepy, it's going to be a lot easier to take a nap. You want to capitalize on that by doing things like putting on pajamas for 20 minutes or taking your work clothes off and getting into the dab of lavender oil. When you wake up in the morning, if you know, all right, I definitely need to build an nap today. Probably don't have caffeine; just kind of take just some calming breaths. And then when you feel that natural pressure for, you know, where you, when you start feel sleepy, Just have a nap.
