A lot of times I like high rep training for one responsive muscle groups. The research does also show that even sets up to 30 reps can produce the same amount of growth as, you know, the eight to 10 rep range. So one, you're getting growth for the first time because you're actually engaging in a set of 30. And then the other thing is you're actually developing yourself for the future to be able to make your heavier loads more effective.
