I love the level of accountability and I feel like as responsibilities change, that's what makes or breaks an organization a leader. The solution consultant has a very vital role when it comes to trust building and sales. If unlocked effectively, I think it helps excel, right? Deal cycles, it helps with efficiency, close rates, everything that you want. But I think it's a lot easier said than done. You can earn somebody's trust, but as soon as you break it, it's really hard to earn it back.
