Also, if you struggle with like the mid afternoon crash, that could be something really helpful to practice with. And fuel, it's almost like you're fueling like a marathon or during your normal reps. Totally, yeah. That's so enlightening for the shorter workouts. No, I'm excited. I'm actually excited to try that. Yeah.
