The Problem Is Resistance
In terms of stress, the problem is resistance, really one of the main problems. Instead of asking why when you feel pain, never ask why - cause why doesn't matter how. And as long as you're in momentum, you can easily bounce back. When something happens and you stick to the ground, versus something happening, you bounce back immediately. So that's the first question, to identify, that i'm focusing on something i can't control. The second is, what can i control right now?
