How to Turn Your Security Team Into an Enabler
Usually what's behind the behaviors there is the team's understanding of its goals and incentives. So you quite often see a security team, for example, which would be an enabling team perhaps. If that team believes that it will be punished or held to a camp, then it's not surprising that it wants to get access to the police force. They are that upskilling education coaching type group to help somebody else do the work that they used to do.
