Animal Source Proteins Are Better Available Than Plant-Based Proteins

Protein and fat tend to be associated in our diet. Depending on the foods that we're getting this protein from, they may come along with other things that aren't so great for us. Animal source proteins tend to be higher quality than plant source. But if you're only consuming animal source proteins, then I don't think that that's a good thing either.
