Powerlifting - What's the Difference?

If you're a power lifter and all you do is focus on setting PRs, lifetime PRs in bench squat and dead, you're going to have a pretty sore opinion or a sore outlook at your programming over the course of the year. But I also think you have to have enough of a variety within your programming to be able to measure success differently. You have to realize fitness is very personal. It's personalized. Like power, some people might like powerlifting, some might like crossfit, some mightlike calisthenics. There's all a wide range of fitness capacities that people can focus on yoga.
