The Taste of the Farmer's Market
For for me, there's a few different ways to, few different things that kind of come together. Sometimes we're very seasonly driven. Use alot of the local farmers union square farmers market and and all sorts other farmers that delivered to us. And then pull from either childhood memories, or pull from a dish that, you know, i've done years before, and that becomes something. I wanted this restaurant to sort of be a little bit of exploration, abt of a celebration, so to speak, of restaurants i worked at in the city.
