How to Prepare for the Due Diligence Phase
I would be more prepared for that due diligence phase. I don't think we were quite ready for the sheer volume of requests, questions back and forwards. The second part to it is putting a lot more things in place to support yourself mentally and in particular with family as well. Be prepared, strap yourself in and get some support.
